1. AGREEING TO THE TERMS
Thank you for visiting legaldost.in (“legal dost”). The following terms and conditions (“User Agreement”) govern legal dost’s provision of services to you (“You”). These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time by us without prior notice to You. Just by signing in and using legal dost, you’re agreeing to be bound by the User Agreement’s terms and conditions. Moreover, you and legal dost are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may be posted and modified from time to time. This User Agreement incorporates by reference any and all such guidelines or rules. legal dost may also provide additional services, each of which would have its own Terms of Service. In such a case, the additional terms of service will be made available via the affected service.
Legal Dost 2: A Detailed Description
You can talk to attorneys and other professionals who use legal dost in a central location. You acknowledge that legal dost’s content is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional legal counsel. legal dost is not the place to get “legal advice,” which is the “application and interpretation of the law to an individual’s specific circumstances.” You agree that you will not use any information found on legal dost as legal advice for your individual case and that you will instead consult an attorney. You acknowledge that legal dost may not verify the licenses of lawyers and professionals who have registered on legal dost to provide legal information to users and that it is your sole responsibility to verify the license and credentials of a lawyer before deciding to hire such a lawyer or professional. You acknowledge that legal dost is not an attorney referral or advertising service and that legal dost’s lawyer listings do not constitute a referral or endorsement.
You acknowledge that legal dost membership may include communications from legal dost, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters, and that you will not be able to opt out of receiving these communications, which are considered part of legal dost membership. Unless otherwise stated, the User Agreement will apply to any new features that augment or enhance the current legal dost services, including the release of new legal dost properties. That legal dost is provided “AS IS” and that legal dost has no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings, is understood and agreed upon by you. Your use of legal dost, which may require the use of a third party’s services and associated fees, is entirely at your own expense (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). Those costs will be on your tab. You also have full responsibility for and must supply all gear required to access legal dost.
You acknowledge that (a) transmissions over various networks may be required; and (b) modifications may be necessary to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices in the course of the technical processing and transmission of legal dost, including your Content.
THIRD REGISTRATION DUTIES 3
By using legal dost, you affirm that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction and that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also promise to (a) give legal dost registration information that is true, accurate, current, and complete (“Registration Data”), and (b) keep your Registration Data true, accurate, current, and complete by maintaining and promptly updating it. legal dost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of legal dost if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if legal dost has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is (or any portion thereof). Every one of legal dost’s customers is important to us, and we take their security and privacy very seriously.
legal dost PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT
We have a policy in place to protect the privacy of your Registration Data and other personal information. Look at legal dost’s full policy on privacy if you want to know more. You acknowledge that by using legal dost, you are giving your consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the applicable privacy policy) of such information, including the transfer of such information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing, and use by legal dost and its affiliates.
ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SAFETY FOR MEMBERS
Once you have registered with legal dost, you will be given a password and account ID. You are entirely liable for any and all activities that occur under your password or account, so take this seriously and don’t let anyone else have access to them. If your password or account is compromised for any reason, you agree to (a) immediately notify legal dost and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. If you fail to comply with this Section 5, legal dost will not be responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
VIOLATIONS OF CODE OF CONDUCT BY MEMBERS
You acknowledge that the person whose information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”) appears in an online public forum or in a private communication is entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, appropriateness, or propriety of that information. All Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via legal dost is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated and not legal dost. Since legal dost does not have any say over the Content that is shared through legal dost, it cannot ensure that it is accurate, complete, or of high quality. You acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to offensive, indecent, or objectionable content when using legal dost. legal dost assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable under any circumstances, for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via legal dost.
The following are some of the prohibited uses of legal dost that you agree to refrain from engaging in:

use automated means to collect email addresses from legal dost for the purpose of sending spam or other unwanted communications.

interfere with or disrupt legal dost or servers or networks connected to legal dost, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to legal dost, such as using any device, software, or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers; intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
You understand that legal dost has no obligation to pre-screen the Content made available through legal dost, but that it and its designees have the right to do so at their sole discretion. legal dost and its designees reserve the right to delete any content that they deem inappropriate or in violation of the User Agreement. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to evaluate all Content before using it, and that you are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. Thus, you understand that you cannot trust any Content produced or submitted to legal dost, including, but not limited to, any and all information found in legal dost’s discussion forums or anywhere else on legal dost.
If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to I comply with legal process; (ii) respond to payment disputes; (iii) enforce the User Agreement; (iv) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (v) respond to your requests for customer service, you understand and agree that legal dost may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content.
You acknowledge that legal dost and the software embedded therein may contain security components that enable digital materials to be protected and that your use of such materials is subject to usage rules set by legal dost and/or content providers who provide content to legal dost. legal dost has built-in usage rules that you may not attempt to override or circumvent. legal dost content may not be copied, published, redistributed, or shown in public without express, written permission from legal dost.
USE ON THE GLOBAL SCENE AND COMPLIANCE WITH EXPORT AND IMPORT REGULATIONS
In light of the fact that the Internet is accessible around the world, you pledge to follow the laws of your current jurisdiction in terms of both appropriate behavior and the types of content that can be posted. The export and import laws of India and other countries may apply to your use of legal dost and the transfer, posting, and uploading of software, technology, and other technical data via legal dost. You pledge to abide by all export and import laws and regulations. You further warrant and represent that (a) you are not a prohibited party identified on any government export exclusion lists or a member of the government of any other export-prohibited countries as identified in applicable export and import laws and regulations; (b) you will not transfer software, technology, and other technical data via legal dost to export-prohibited parties or countries; and (c) you will not use legal dost for military, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological purposes.
CONTENT SUBMITTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR INCLUSION ON legal dost 8
legal dost does not take any legal responsibility for the Content you submit or make available for inclusion on legal dost. You grant legal dost the following worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable, with respect to any Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of legal dost:
You grant legal dost a license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display any Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of legal dost. This license exists only for the limited purpose of providing and promoting legal dost.
You grant legal dost the right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display any images, graphics, audio, or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of legal dost and for no other purpose.
All other Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of legal dost shall be granted a perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
legal dost’s “publicly accessible” areas are the ones that the company has designated as open to the public.
Contributions to legal dost, Number 9
You understand and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) legal dost is under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; and (c) legal dost shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose.
INDEMNITY TENTH
You will defend, release, and hold harmless legal dost and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through legal dost, your use of legal dost, your connection to legal dost, your violation of the User Agreement, or your violation of the rights of any other person
legal dost MAY NOT BE USED FOR PROFIT IN ANY WAY
You may not modify, adapt, translate, publish, license, transfer, or sell any part of legal dost (including your user account) or access to legal dost (including your data) for any commercial purposes (including Content, advertisements, Software, and your legal dost User ID).
STORAGE AND HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS
You agree that legal dost may, in its sole discretion, set general practices and limits concerning use of legal dost, including, without limitation, the maximum number of days any uploaded Content will be retained by legal dost, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on legal dost, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on legal dost, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access Kaan legal dost will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the deletion or failure to store any messages, communications, or other Content. You understand that legal dost has the right to remove inactive accounts. Moreover, you understand that legal dost may at any time alter these general policies and constraints.
Alterations to legal dost, Number Thirteen
legal dost may, at any time and from time to time, with or without notice, change, suspend, or terminate legal dost (or any part thereof). No liability shall attach to legal dost on the part of legal dost to you or any third party in the event of any change, suspension, or termination of legal dost (or any part thereof).

If you no longer want to use legal dost, please contact customer support through the channels provided below. Personal information stored in your legal dost account will be removed when you delete your account.

DISMISSAL
If you no longer want to use legal dost, you can close your account and all related email addresses by sending a termination request to legal dost.
You acknowledge that legal dost reserves the right to immediately terminate, limit access to, or suspend your legal dost account, any associated email address, and access to legal dost, with or without cause. Such termination, limitation of access, or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (b) discontinuance or material modification to legal dost (or any part thereof), (c) unanticipated technical or security issues or problems, (d) extended periods of inactivity, (e) your participation in fraudulent or illegitimate activities, and (f) your failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations. You further agree that legal dost, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account or any associated email address or access to legal dost for any reason, and that legal dost shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.
Your legal dost account may be terminated for any reason, which may include (but is not limited to) the following: (a) removal of access to all or part of the offerings within legal dost, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files, and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of all or part of legal dost.
LINKS
Other websites and resources on the Internet may be accessed through links provided either directly by legal dost or indirectly through third-party websites. You agree that legal dost does not control and is not responsible for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources, and that legal dost does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any such Content, advertising, products, or other materials. You further agree that legal dost is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
legal dost’S PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARTICLE 17
You agree that legal dost and any necessary software used in connection with legal dost (collectively, the “Software”) contain confidential and proprietary information that is shielded by intellectual property and other laws. You further agree that copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights and laws protect Content contained in advertisements or information presented to you through legal dost or by advertisers. You may not, without the prior written consent of legal dost or the applicable licensor (such as an advertiser), modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on legal dost, such Content, or the Software, in whole or in part, except as may be required by applicable law.
As long as you don’t copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software, legal dost grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer. As part of this agreement, you pledge not to alter or change the Software in any way, nor to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to legal dost. You may only access legal dost through the interface that is provided by legal dost.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
legal dost AND ALL RELATED SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Both the legal dost service and the software it runs on are provided “AS IS” and with no guarantees of any kind. All express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed by legal dost and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors.
No representation or warranty is made that (I) legal dost OR ITS UNDERLYING SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) legal dost OR ITS UNDERLYING SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF legal dost OR ITS UNDERLYING SOFTWARE
You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for, and that you hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action with respect to, any damage to your computer system, Internet access, download or display device, or loss of data that results from the download of any such material obtained through the use of legal dost or its underlying software.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER PROVIDED BY legal dost, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY USERS OF legal dost, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT.
19 LIABILITY WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither legal dost nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, or licensors shall be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, monetary damages, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if legal dost has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
LIST OF EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
However, the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages may not be made in some jurisdictions. As a result, you may not be bound by the restrictions outlined in Sections 17 and 18.
Warning 21
In addition to the foregoing, legal dost also reserves the right to provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the User Agreement, via email, regular mail, SMS, MMS, text message, postings on legal dost, or other reasonable means now known or hereafter developed. If you access legal dost in violation of this User Agreement, you may not receive such notices. Any and all notices that would have been delivered to you if you had properly accessed legal dost shall be deemed to have been duly given upon your acceptance of this User Agreement.
MARKETING DETAILS (No. 22)
All legal dost trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other legal dost logos and brand features, and the names of legal dost products and services are trademarks and the property of legaldost.in (the “legal dost Marks”). You agree not to use the legal dost Marks in any way without legal dost’s prior written consent.
PROCEDURE AND NOTICE FOR CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT Section 23.
legal dost is committed to protecting the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users to do the same. legal dost reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of any users it believes are repeat infringers. The following details are required by legal dost’s Copyright Agent if you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or if your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated:
a physical or electronic signature from an authorized representative of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; and the URL of the material on the site that you claim is infringing.
your name, phone number, and email address;
an explanation of why you think the copyright holder, its agent, or the law do not authorize the contested use;
a statement from you, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or intellectual property, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and that the foregoing information is accurate and complete.

OVERALL DETAILS
Finishing the Deal. This User Agreement, including any documents referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and legal dost and governs your use of legal dost. It supersedes any prior version of this User Agreement between you and legal dost with respect to legal dost. Other legal dost services, affiliate services, third-party content, and third-party software that you use or purchase may be governed by separate terms and conditions.
This Agreement’s Forum and Governing Law Clauses are Subject to Your Choice. Any and all claims, causes of action, or disputes (regardless of theory) arising out of or relating to the User Agreement, or the relationship between you and legal dost, shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the county of Santa Clara, California, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. You and legal dost both consent to having any legal dispute between you two resolved by the courts located in Santa Clara County, California, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and each of you waives any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Terms may be waived and terms may be severed. legal dost’s inaction with respect to the User Agreement or any provision thereof shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. In the event any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this User Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
It is not transferable and there is no right of survivorship. You acknowledge that your legal dost account is personal to you and that upon your death, you will have no further entitlement to your legal dost User ID or contents within your account. If we receive proof of your death, we will close your account and delete any data you’ve stored there.
A time limit set by law. You acknowledge and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you have one (1)year to bring any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of legal dost or the User Agreement, or the claim or cause of action will be permanently barred.
All section and subsection titles in this User Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
